Why?

Le Carnet de Rachel began as a visual travel journal — a place to document destinations through photography, movement, and observation. What started with a camera and a curiosity for new places gradually evolved into something more expansive: a curated exploration of travel, lifestyle, and atmosphere across France, London, and Europe. Over time, I became less interested in simply “visiting places” and more drawn to how places feel the light of a street in the morning, the interior of a café, the rhythm of a neighbourhood, the quiet details that shape a journey.

This perspective now defines everything I create.

I believe travel is not just about seeing destinations but about experiencing them through their details, rhythms, and atmosphere.

The most memorable journeys are often made of small moments:
